Renovating a home like Lexington Elms isn’t about making everything new. It’s about listening.

With a house built in 1799, every corner has something to say. Original woodwork, subtle imperfections, the way light moves through a room at different times of day. Our role has been to pay attention, to preserve what matters, and to gently layer in comfort where it counts.

We’ve focused on the details that shape how a stay feels.

Beds dressed in soft, natural fiber linens that make it easy to linger a little longer in the morning. Chairs placed just where you’d want them, ready for a quiet moment with a book. A coffee and tea bar that’s ready whenever you are. Spaces that invite you to slow down without asking you to think about it.

The goal has never been perfection. It’s been balance. Honoring the patina and character that have built up over time, while making sure every guest feels genuinely at ease.

We’re getting close now, and we can’t wait to share it with you.
