We want your stay at Lexington Elms to be relaxing, comfortable, and memorable for all the right reasons. Please review our policies before booking. If you have any questions, we’re always happy to help.
Reservations & Payment
A valid credit or debit card is required to secure your reservation.
Single room reservations require a one-night deposit, with the remaining balance due 7 days prior to arrival.
Reservations for all three guest rooms require a 50% deposit, with the remaining balance due 14 days prior to arrival.
Each guest room accommodates a maximum of two guests. Guests must be 16 years of age or older.
Cancellation Policy
Single room reservations cancelled 14 or more days before arrival will receive a full refund, less a $25 processing fee.
Reservations cancelled 7–13 days before arrival will receive a 50% refund of the deposit.
Reservations cancelled fewer than 7 days before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless the room is successfully rebooked.
Full property reservations require 14 days’ notice for any refund and are subject to a $25 processing fee.
House Policies
Check-in & Check-out: Check-in between 3 PM and 5 PM. Check-out is at 11 AM. If you anticipate arriving outside of check-in hours, please contact us in advance.
Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are observed from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
Registered Guests: Only registered guests are permitted on the property unless prior arrangements have been approved by the innkeeper.
Damages: Guests are responsible for damage beyond normal wear and tear. Repair, replacement, or excessive cleaning costs may be charged to the card on file.
Firearms & Weapons: Firearms and weapons are prohibited on the property except as required by law for authorized law enforcement personnel. Guests who violate this policy may be asked to leave immediately without refund.

One designated parking space is provided for each guest room.
Accessibility
Due to the historic nature of this 1799 home, Lexington Elms is not ADA accessible. All guest rooms are located upstairs and require climbing stairs.
Pets & Service Animals
Guest rooms are pet-free. Trained service animals are welcome with advance notice. Our family has dogs and cats who live on the property, so guests with allergies should plan accordingly.

Is breakfast included?

Are you open year-round?
Lexington Elms is open most of the year and closes briefly during the holiday season. Any closure dates will be reflected in our online availability calendar.
