A Note on Getting Around: One of the great joys of staying at Lexington Elms is that once you are here, you may not need your car much besides going to the beach or day trips. Bakeries, cafes, restaurants, shops, the library, the farmers market, and more are all within easy walking distance. The beaches are a short drive away, and Portland is approximately 25 minutes up I-95. For everything in between, Kennebunk is a wonderfully walkable town and we encourage you to explore it on foot whenever you can.

Driving Directions from I-95
The drive from the highway is approximately 10 minutes and is a lovely introduction to the Maine coast.
Take Exit 25 toward Kennebunk.
Turn onto Route 35 West (Fletcher St.) and follow it into downtown Kennebunk.
At the roundabout continue on Fletcher St. Continue straight.
Then make a right onto Main Street and look for number 99 on your immediate left. Lexington Elms is the beige house with black shutters.
Parking
Your dedicated spot: Each guest room at Lexington Elms comes with one dedicated parking space on our private driveway — included with your stay at no extra charge. Your spot will be assigned to you at check-in. Please park only in your designated space out of consideration for fellow guests and our family. Please be mindful of other vehicles in the driveway and always drive slowly coming in and going out of the driveway.
Town Parking: Downtown Kennebunk has wonderful free parking options if you are out and about during the day exploring town and can’t get around easily on foot.
Municipal lots: free public parking is available behind the Waterhouse Center, on Garden Street, and on Park Street. Additional public spots can be found on Grove Street behind the Ross Block building and in the lot next to Town Hall on Green Street.
On-street parking: Main Street and surrounding streets offer free on-street parking with a two-hour limit. Convenient for quick trips in and out of town during the day.
